Learn more: Link to hotel

The 2023 II-VI Workshop will be held Oct. 31 - Nov. 2 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Navy Pier, the Chicago Riverwalk, Water Tower Place and shops on Michigan Avenue. The Art Institute and Theater District are within a mile.

The II-VI Workshop Committee urges all attendees to reserve their hotel rooms at the official workshop hotel, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile.  The Committee has had to guarantee a certain amount of room nights in order to complete our contract with the hotel.  If room numbers fall below the contracted amount, the workshop must pay an attrition fee.

By staying at this hotel you will assist the workshop in lowering the costs of producing our workshop and continuing with the program in subsequent years.

Thank you for your help in making the workshop successful for all.
